Terms of Service

You may use this website for lawful shopping and product research, but you must not interfere with its security, payment flow or normal operation. You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information when placing an order.

Access may be limited or blocked if activity appears fraudulent, automated in a harmful way or intended to disrupt service. You are responsible for keeping your own device and payment credentials secure.

Product pages describe the tire size, rim bolt pattern, load rating, trailer cover size range, tool dimensions and included accessories based on available supplier specifications. Measurements are provided as a guide and may vary slightly between production batches.

Colors can look different across screens, and minor changes in packaging or hardware can occur without notice. If a product page contains an error that materially affects the item, contact support before using or installing it.

An order becomes binding only after payment is authorized and the requested stock is confirmed. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served or the payment cannot be verified.

If an item sells out after checkout, we will notify you at the email address on the order. The unavailable item will be cancelled and its full amount refunded within seven days.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice, but the amount shown at checkout applies to your order. Sales tax, if required for the delivery address, is calculated before payment.

Payment is completed on a hosted payment page, and Willa Online does not receive your full card number. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We prepare in-stock orders within one business day and use ground delivery within the United States. The standard transit estimate is three to five business days, while oversize shipments may require additional time.

Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of weather, carrier delays or incorrect address information. Risk passes to the customer when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered to the address on the order.

Unused products may be returned under the Return Policy within 30 days of carrier-recorded delivery. Approval is required before shipment, and all original parts and packaging must be included.

After inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within seven days. Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns, but we cover it when the product is defective or incorrect.

Tire and rim fitment depends on the trailer hub, bolt pattern, load requirements, clearance and tire pressure specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Customers must verify those details before ordering or installing a wheel assembly.

Trailer covers and magnetic cleaners must be used as described, and the projector must not block the driver's view. Willa Online is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, overloading or unsafe vehicle use.

The text, product photography, page layout and original graphics on this site belong to Willa Online or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written approval.

To the extent allowed by law, Willa Online is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to website use, product selection or delays outside our control. This limitation does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Our total liability for a claim connected to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct or any obligation required by applicable law.

We may update these terms when products, payment practices, shipping rules or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it becomes effective.
